FirePASS FP-123 Permanent Oxygen Reduction System

For onsite demonstration and trial installations with end-users customers, we suggest the FP-123 PSA Generator Unit (see left picture).

This is our smallest product which is typically used for very small archives, server rooms of small and midsize companies etc.

The FP-123 contains no electronics and may be used in a simple mode as a “work-hose”. This means it operates constantly producing hypoxic air with 15% O2.

Alternatively, it may be operated with an optional O2-sensor and a switching unit.

  • Large electrical cabinets
  • Provides safe and breathable oxygen environment of 15%
  • No nitrogen injection, very safe
  • Patented technology
  • No piping no nozzles
  • Telecommunications facilitites
  • No expensive refilling
  • Very small footprint
  • Plug and play
  • No pressurized cylinders
  • No hydrostatic pressure testing needed

FirePASS can provide a high-quality dedicated stand-alone continuous oxygen monitoring system for the detection of oxygen content specifically in hypoxic environments.

The O2 system consists of a digital display sensor head and proprietary zirconium oxide sensor cell for the detection of O2 with a range of 0-25%.

It also has dual-level visual alarm indicators, user-selectable dual-level concentration alarms and relay contacts, and system fault relay.

The O2 monitor relays are used to activate local horns and strobes and, with built-in hysteresis, used for controlling the switching unit.

Sensor head electronics are housed in a Nema 4X wall-mounted housing that is to be installed in the protected room.

  • Capacity 120 NI/min. @15 %O2 and 20° Celsius
  • Cabinet: Metal casing
  • Dimensions: 55 x 27 x 58 cm.
  • Weight : 25 kg.
  • Power consumption 500W
  • Voltage : 230 V / 50Hz.

The FirePass® FP-123 Hypoxic Generator System is designed for minimal maintenance. Its highly reliable system can work for many years under normal ambient conditions and with proper maintenance.

This anticipates simply cleaning the foam intake filter located at the rear of the unit every two weeks with a vacuum cleaner or by washing in warm soapy water.

If the included HEPA filter is used it should be replaced every 4 months.
